Stress can also affect job performance as well as relationships.
Experts agree that Stress-related problems may be among the most serious challenges to our health.

Lahey’s highly praised stress management program offerings are FREE to all patients with a Lahey Health Primary care Provider to help reduce the degree and intensity fo yoru current stress reactions as well as help you set the stage for a calmer, healthier, happier you.


Lahey Health Programs

Free 1-Hour Information Session

In this session; you’ll learn how to think differently about stress, develop and awareness of your early stress reactions, and learn tools to help you manage it yours

Stress Management Training Program

Join us for eight consecutive, weekly, 90-minute sessions. Participants will learn:

  • Practical Mindfulness techniques to improve your ability to handle stressful situations. Identify the stressors in their lives
  • Develop a range of positive coping skills, including relaxation techniques to reduce stress
  • Understand how mindfulness can increase our overall mental and physical health
